Historic Rosedale Plantation
Rosedale, built in 1815, is one of the finest examples of Federal period architecture in North Carolina. Visitors will learn about the 19th century lifestyles of Piedmont area residents as well as view three rooms of original French wallpaper. The eight acres include restored formal gardens and numerous treasure trees. Our regular tour schedule is Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Tours start on the hour at 1 PM, 2 PM and 3 PM. Adult Admission: $5.00; Students and Seniors: $4.00; and Members: Free. Children under 8 years old are free with paid adult admission.Groups of 10 or more $4.00 per person. Closed major holidays.
